Oakcliff's Whisper 18 is a carbon fiber Double-handed Foiling Catamaran and can foil in as little as 5kts of wind. There is a trapeze for both the driver and the crew, and the boat is 5.4m long. The Formula Whisper is accessible for people to learn to foil on, and the builder used T-foils and designed it to be similar to America's Cup foiling multihulls.
