Ameina Brown

Amina grew up in Jamestown, Rhode Island, spending her summers sailing mostly at Sail Newport. She started racing dinghies at age 9, and has been sailing competitively ever since. She has sailed mostly dinghies, with some experience on J24s and PHRF racing. She is currently studying mechanical engineering at the University of Vermont, and is a skipper on the university sailing team. She is enjoying Oakcliff but looks forward to a furry reunion with her cat named Siggi.
